Do you also give restaurants you’ve heard about 5-star ratings even though you’ve never EATEN there? I hope you’re not on Yelp!

I am definitely going to do this. I typically will use a fresh cabbage, not sauerkraut, and no beer. These added additions along with the potatoes sounds YUM!
