Buffalo Wing Popcorn

Buffalo Wing flavored Popcorn recipe, National Popcorn Day

Buffalo Wing Popcorn

Do you love Buffalo Chicken Wings? Do you love popcorn? Then you’ll adore this recipe for Buffalo Wing Popcorn! Just in time for National Popcorn Day!

Today is National Popcorn Day, so I’ve come up with my version of Buffalo Wing flavored popcorn.

It’s just as buttery, mildly hot, garlicky and gooey as the chicken wings it’s created after. Get your napkins ready, or be prepared for some finger lickin’, because this stuff is good!

I started cooking when I was ten years old. For me, the process of cooking, from inception of a dish, to the execution, to the washing of the pots is sheer delight. I am now retired from a business I still own, in partnership with my husband. I used to work six days a week and still cook every night. Now, I'm gardening, still cooking, always having fun and hoping to share my joy with you. Thank you for reading...and commenting! P~

    Greetings,

I just came across this recipe and look forward to trying it.

I have one question – I have tried in the past to add sauces and other heated items to popcorn. Possibly I have added too much, but I have found that it soaks the popcorn and thus the crunch is gone.

    Any tips to avoid this?

    Thanks,

    Adam
