Today’s recipe? THREE INGREDIENT FUDGE SAUCE! Woo hoo!

Three Ingredient Fudge Sauce
Yes, I’ve decided to bring you a very simple recipe for fudge sauce.
- 1: Because it’s easy.
- 2: Because it’s delicious.
- 3. Because you can use it for the recipe I’ll be posting tomorrow! *wink*
Three reasons you need it; just three ingredients; mere minutes and you’re ready to top your favorite treat with homemade fudge sauce: Ice cream (like tomorrow’s recipe for a simple boozy no-churn ice cream-hint), cookies, brownies, dip fruit, pretzels… you know, the possibilities are endless!
Just Granulated Sugar, Evaporated Milk and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips!
Of course, I used Imperial Sugar. I always use Imperial Sugar. Trusted by home bakers since 1843, Imperial Sugar’s pure cane sugar products and sweeteners are 100% natural, non-GMO and ensure consistently delicious results!
Their website is loaded with fabulous recipes and contests, so bookmark the Imperial Sugar website because you will want to visit often. Also, be sure to check out Imperial Sugar’s Halloween recipes and well as their Scary Scramble Recipe Contest! It’s going on now and you’ll want to enter!
Then, make this fudge sauce because I’m telling you… you need this fudge sauce in your life!!
P~
- 1 - 12 ounce can Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons Imperial Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- In a medium-sized, heavy-bottomed sauce pan, over medium heat, add the Evaporated Milk and the sugar. stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and continue cooking and stirring until the chocolate has all melted.
- Serve warm over your favorite treat.
- Cover with a lid and store remainder in the refrigerator.
Disclaimer: While I received product from Imperial Sugar, at no cost to me, my opinions about their products are my own and are heartfelt.

All of those “reasons” sound reasonable to me!!
I thought so, too, Karen! <3 P~
This sounds wonnnnderful!!! And will come in so handy! Especially with the holidays right around the corner! Thanks for sharing this! ~Kelly (Fellow #Choctoberfest blogger / Wildflour’s Cottage Kitchen)
Thanks, Kelly! For the holidays, and for my recipe tomorrow, and for a zillion other things, this recipe is a keeper here! <3
Perfect recipe for the kick off Paula, easy peasy and delicious!
Thanks, Wendy! Easy peasy is so right! It was a no-brainer. P~
What a great post! I love simple recipes like these, and a great way to kick off the celebration.
Thanks, Karen! I just didn’t want a long, complicated recipe when there’s so much else going on during kickoff day! Plus, everyone will need this recipe for tomorrow’s! 😀
My family wasn’t thrilled with the last chocolate sauce I made! Your easy, fudgy recipe is a must try!
Liz, I hope they will like it! <2
Oh my goodness this looks SO good! I love how simple it is with only three ingredients (all of which are hiding in my pantry at the moment). I bet this tastes SO good over ice cream!
Let those ingredient out of the pantry! They are begging you! 😉 P~
I love that this only has 3 ingredients! *-* It looks so good!
Farrah…it really is so good. Not too sweet, which is the defining factor for me. I like just enough sweet to enhance the chocolate, without overpowering it. P~
