Merry Christmas, everyone! Here’s our day in food and drink…
Mr. Saucy and I don’t have an Elf on the Shelf…we have an Elf on the Christmas Cocktail Cart. He insisted on Mimosas with a splash of Cointreau and Poinsettias with a splash of Chambord. I’m adopting him and bribing him to stay all year…he’s a pretty cool Elf.
I’ve knocked off the salt crust here…this is the most delicious way to cook rib roast…mmmm….so good!
These deviled eggs are like bagels and lox, minus the bagels. Diced lox, red onion, capers, Dijon mustard, cracked black pepper and crème fraîche. I’ll post these real soon! Holy deviled eggs, batman!
Yeah. I’m pretty sure I’m not eating again until 2013.
