Townsend Herb and Wildflower Day

Herb and Wildflower Day, sponsored by the Blount Partnership and the Smoky Mountain Visitor’s Bureau, is tomorrow, April 7, 2012.

I’ll be at the Visitor’s Center tomorrow at 11:30 for a “Cooking with Herbs” session for Herb and Wildflower Day. The session will include a food demonstration where you will get to taste the same dish, transformed multiple ways by the addition of different herbs. Hope to see you there!
