Time Saving Tips For Stress-Free Holiday Cooking

Your Beach Today

Back in October, I was contacted by the publisher of this new magazine, Your Beach Today in Toronto, to do an article on Holiday Cooking for their inaugural edition. Here’s what they have to say about themselves:

A complementary, fun & fearless printed publication with quality articles and analysis of the trends that impact every individual.

Each issue will have an abundance of amazing articles, focusing on beauty, pets, fashion, health and wellness, relationships, business, and so much more.

We’re also expanding with our brand of Your Today magazines, and will soon be coming to a neighbourhood near you!

YOUR BEACH TODAY print publication distributes to households, door to door in December, March, June, and September.  You can find our current edition in retail outlets near you on Queen Street, Kingston Road, Leslieville, The Danforth and Little India!

Of course, I was thrilled. But I was hesitant, too. I issued the caveats that I was not a professional cook, nor was I a professional food photographer, nor was I a professional writer. Still, they insisted that I write for them. And so I did.

The magazine not only published my article on Time Saving Tips for Stress-Free Holiday Cooking, but they picked up my “About Me” page from the website here, as well as my post about “Best Fudge”. So, there are 5 pages with color photographs (all my own…::squee::) and if you are interested, you may read them here.

I’m thrilled to be associated with this outstanding magazine. And I am pleased to say you’ll be seeing more of The Saucy Southerner in its pages in the future. I thank them for the opportunity and I am excited to share this with you all.

About P ~ The Saucy Southerner

I started cooking when I was ten years old. For me, the process of cooking, from inception of a dish, to the execution, to the washing of the pots is sheer delight. I am now retired from a business I still own, in partnership with my husband. I used to work six days a week and still cook every night. Now, I'm gardening, still cooking, always having fun and hoping to share my joy with you. Thank you for reading...and commenting! P~
