This Liebster Award is recognition to The Saucy Southerner from an extremely talented fiber artist and blogger, Vita Marie Lovett. Her work has been featured in Studios, Southern Living, Quilting Arts and 500 Art Quilts.

First on the blog roll, Alosha’s Kitchen. Melissa is made of awesome. Her enthusiasm for food is a wonder to behold. I’ve followed Melissa now for years…and for good reason. Her food is terrific!
Next up is Deda Notions. “Deda” happens to be my oldest friend on the planet; it’s secondary that she is also a very talented soap maker. Her creative use of scents and her beautiful use of color are just phenomenal. Her soaps can be purchased here.
Then, there’s The Dayton Time…while she’s on a hiatus at the moment from blogging, she is hysterically witty and, as well as being a very busy mom (who calls her children “the short people”), is the very talented owner of Revel Handmade Goodness.
